Aroha was founded in 2015 by Christina with a simple vision to do estate agency differently.
After more than 13 years in a senior sales role with a local independent estate agency, I decided it was time to create something of my own, something more personal, transparent, and genuinely centred around the client.
Aroha has never been just about selling or letting property. It was built on the belief that estate agency should be modern, honest, and driven by integrity. Our approach moves away from outdated, high-pressure sales tactics and instead focuses on building lasting relationships through expert advice, clear communication, and exceptional customer service.
Over the years, Aroha has grown into a trusted, independent agency with a dedicated team that shares the same passion and values. Every member of our team is committed to providing a professional, approachable, and personalised experience, ensuring every client feels supported throughout their property journey.
As part of our commitment to continually improving the service we offer, we're proud to collaborate with Proceed Property in Chepstow. This unique partnership allows our clients to benefit from the expertise, marketing reach, and buyer networks of two respected independent agencies working together. By combining our knowledge, resources, and local presence, we can offer greater exposure, wider coverage, and an even stronger marketing strategy, without the drawbacks of a traditional multi-agency approach.
We're also continually investing in the way we market our clients' homes. Through our collaboration with independent content creator and professional photographer Emily Joan, we now offer premium photography, engaging social media content, and high-quality video tours, helping every property stand out in today's competitive market.
For us, this is more than just a business, it's a way of working that puts people first. We believe every client deserves honest advice, exceptional marketing, and a team that genuinely cares about achieving the best possible result. That's what drives everything we do at Aroha.
